Terry Luttrell, Treasurer

Commissioner Terry Luttrell grew up in St. Helens and currently serves as pastor of the Columbian Christian Center. As a pastor for more than 30 years, Luttrell and his family have lived in many parts of Oregon, including Seaside and Jacksonville. He returned home to St. Helens in 2002.
