Proposed Budget

This budget provides a focus and management plan for ongoing capital improvements, the start of financial long-term set aside for dredging efforts at the Marina, and expansion opportunities at the Airport. The budget will also provide for increased marketing efforts for the Port, and our associated properties. In essence, this document will provide a guideline for both short-term and long-term plans for use of our limited resources.
